pom-pom garland

Look what I made! After the wonderful suggestion from Rebecca pointing me to My Paper Crane's blog entry on pom-pom garland, I couldn't help myself. I ran to the Dollar Tree to pick up some pom-poms. I bought all they had (6 bags), then went next door to Hobby Lobby for more (the Dollar Tree pom-poms were the best, BTW). I love it! I think this garland will be the perfect addition to our colorful, happy Christmas tree. Now I can't wait to decorate it, once I finish all the popsicle stick snowflake/dragon fly ornaments we're in the process of making. It really didn't take me all that long to make the garland. The process was much faster than I thought it would be. Stringing pom-poms is the perfect mindless task to do while vegging out in front of the TV. I hope I made enough. If not, no problem - I like mindless projects like this!
