Show & Tell
Wasn't this a craft blog? Well, I finally got around to doing the craft I like best - sewing! Things are finally settling down in the artsy-crafty household, allowing me to do a little crafting. I've got to earn my keep, ya know!
First up is this tote for my grandma. It was her birthday gift. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but I bought these fabrics to make her a tote for Mother's Day. I, um, was a little busy then, so I never got around to it. These colors aren't really me, but it was fun putting them together. I was pleased with the outcome. She liked it too!
Next up is this fall bag for me. I'm amazed that I got around to finishing this before the season is up. I cut this out in August, hoping that I'd finish it by Labor Day. So much for that! I've had this fabric for a while, waiting for the perfect project and this one was it. It's a great fall bag.
Now that I've made two bags in the past week *shocking* I've got the bag-bug and I can't wait to make more. Yippee!!

I love your purse with the buttons...would you mind telling where you got the pattern? Its beautiful...so is your other sewing.

At least you have the excuse of having a baby to not be as timely as would would wish. Whereas mine is just good old-fashioned laziness.
