do over
Back when I made these bags a few weeks ago I don't know what I was thinking (which seems to be happening more and more these days!). I was trying to make some bags for the shop using my daisy button bag as a model, but I decided to change things up a bit and add a flap closure. I don't like flap closures, why I decided to use them I have no clue. After getting them partially assembled I knew that I didn't like how they were coming out, but I finished them up anyway. Every time I looked at those bags it bothered me. So, this weekend I decided to rip them apart and get rid of that stupid flap. Much better, don't you think? These are available now at a reduced price due to the minor surgery I had to do to them to fix slits where the magnetic snaps were. Don't worry, the scars aren't visible, but I feel like they should be reduced because of that.
Whew, now that I got that out of the way, I can move on. Up next, I'm working on a tutorial on how I recovered my office chair, so look for that in the next few days. Pretty office chairs for everyone!

looking forward to that tutorial!

Love the "new" bags! So sorry you had all the ripping to do though--what work! So glad you're doing an office chair tutorial. I've been wanting to re-do mine, but the way the seat & back are constructed I'm not sure where to start. Happy Day :o)
