Oh I love this! I saw them here and there last year and made a heart-shaped wreath out of vintage-looking buttons and a heart-shaped button ornament pictured at http://barbarah.wordpress.com/2006/12/30/buttons/.

Your wreath is gorgeous, and it is so you. It's funny how the button wreaths I've seen around really reflect their makers. Mine is all white with black and white ribbon - quite appropriate, I'd say, for my rigid little self! Your wreath would be beautiful, too, in the Spring, especially around Easter. Lovely!
Oh that's a very good use of inexpensive colorful plastic buttons. I like it! Yes, I think that it'd make an excellent decoration in your studio. :-)
