keeping me busy
How can such a little person be so messy? Yes, I'm talking about Ava. She's in the 'tornado' phase, as in she's a little whirlwind of activity. all. the. time.
These are the tame ones. I didn't get a picture of her pouring out half a bottle of syrup on the counter last night (mixed with a spilled cup of soy milk). Oh yeah, she's a climber, which means she gets into LOTS.
*Sigh*

Your daughter would get along with mine. She enjoys finger painting with dinner...her favorite media are spaghetti sauce and yogurt ("logurt"). Quite the budding young artiste. ;)

that's awesome. I love toddlers. She's just exploring her world, honey.

Yes! I know that blur! My little guy is in the same stage and he gets this little devil look on his face while emptying the trash or throwing food. Sigh.

Fun! These are the things memories are made of, right?

Tehehe. I can laugh because I'm childless and totally ignorant about whats to come in my life but it is awfully cute. except the syrup, that just sounds frustrating!

*I* can laugh because mine lasted almost 4 years and we are finally (pleasegodletusbedone) done with this phase. Heh.

Love your floor shots! ;) I will be forever jealous. I have dreams of ripping up our tile and finding hardwood. I think I'd just find concrete.
I'm having the same messes around here. Keegan is the climber and food thrower. Today I came downstairs and found him dancing on top of the ottoman. He's only 18 months old!

I feel ya! When does this phase end? I have 3 kids, 4 years and under, and I am LONGING for the day!!!

My daughter was born a tornado I swear! I ask her father daily how can one tiny person make such a big mess!

i had a similar scene today, only it was puzzle pieces and flash cards.

so glad to hear it's not just my little guy - he just loves to make a mess and then look me straight in the eye and laugh about it!

Oh dear! I bet that was fun to clear up! We have incidents like this all the time with a 2 year old and 4 year old at home!

I had 2 of those! We had to bolt all of my daughters furniture to the wall. Might start preparing now...looks like you have a busy one! They do keep you hopping :)

LOL I know what you mean. My Ava is a little climber too! That two year old stage is so cute, but a little exhausting as well : )

Yikes! I forgot about that stage until now. So glad we're past it!

Hey Girl, I've been reading your blog for awhile now, and I recently started a blog of my own. I added a link to your page, and I was just making sure it was fine with you. :)
Thanks!

You are lucky...my little tornado poured a whole bottle of syrup on the living room carpet!! That was not fun to clean up.
