pooped
Oh boy, am I tired! For the past two night I haven't been able to get to sleep before midnight. Did I mention that I get up at 5:15? Yeah, that's not enough sleep, even for me! I'm hoping that tonight I crash.
Other than driving myself crazy with my thoughts, I did manage to cut out two more pleated totes.
I picked up some cute fabrics to make dresses for Ava.
And, I brought home a new to me chair. Not bad for $24.50. I think she'll look great with a white twill slipcover sporting a box pleated skirt.
I think I have enough projects planned to last me a few lifetimes - no wonder I never get enough sleep. Ta-ta for now, I've got some rest to catch up on!

Love the new chair! Can't wait to see it after you make the slipcover!

And GREAT find with the chair!!!

just the fact that you are a mother to 3 little ones is reason enough to be pooped, right?
I was wondering, do you use sew in interfacing or iron on interfacing for your purses? I hate the wretched stuff, but sometimes it's necessary. and do you buy it by the bolt???

Love the chair. She's going to love her new duds, too.

Great buy on the chair!!! That sounds like me, I come home with furniture all the time, I picked up a table from the side of the road a month or so ago, LOL! LOVE those fabrics! Where do you do the majority of your fabric shopping, online or brick and mortar?

Oooo...I'm really liking those bright colored bags up there!

What a great deal on that chair! I've been looking for a similar chair to throw into Keegan's room for story time. And that's right in my budget!

Can't wait to see your creations! Very cute chair and at a charming price. Love the pillow. :)

I have several of those fabrics. We must be shopping in the same places - left coast and right coast! I just blogged about a bag I made for a swap with that blue diamond dot - deeper color - matched with black, and it looks great! And I bought yards of that white graphic with butterflies and branches. When I like something that much, I know I had better snag as much as I can because it won't be there when I go back! I'm on your sleep schedule, and I'm always exhausted. Need more sleep but would rather craft and blog into the night...

Always too many projects, not enough time... Boy do I understand!! Love that top fabric for the dresses and can't wait to see the totes!!

I love that chair! What a great find! Amandajean had a good question , what type of interfacing do you think is best? The sew in (i haven't tried this type as of yet) or the iron on?
I love the fabrics! I sure hope you get some sleep, I know how draining and frustrating that can get.

I have a couple of chairs that I'm refinishing that also need cushions!
For some reason, I'm terrified of box cushions. I love that top fabric for your daughters dresses!

I love that bright floral fabric. Your chair is a great find and it looks great with that little pillow on it. Are you using a pattern for the slipcover or just making one up of your own? I do think you could publish and sell your purse patterns.

That chair looks so comfortable! Lots of late-nights reading MS and drinking wine in that! But without the sinus head-ache

That chair is so pretty- my husband says I have too many chairs- but I dont think any room looks right without one- its not homely without a chair and a lamp for me- lovely Amy butler fabric too!

Oh and I forgot to say as an ex insomniac- Eating your meals at the wrong time is a very common cause of sleeplessness are you nibbling instead of munching?
