so much for low key
When I said that I was gonna take it easy this week, I was totally forgetting about some things that I needed to do. Duh! I have two custom orders and a birthday gift for a little girl to make this week. Um, there's no way I can take it easy with those projects waiting to be done. And wouldn't you know, when there are things that I have to do on the agenda, I get the creative bug to start something new. I'm using my want as a reward for finishing the must do. Hopefully my creative juices will still be flowing by then!

oh I know that feeling of getting loads of ideas when there is no time to do anything spontaneous! LOL!

Good luck! I always get that urge to do something other than what I have to do. Custom orders can be hard! Take care!

oh i know how that feels. sometimes i get the creative bug while i have a bunch of chores i have to do and by the time i get done i'm too tired to even start on my projects. i guess i'm one of those people who have to have everything clean and organized before i can start on anything. i SO wish i wasn't like that though ;)

Isn't that always how it is? Knowing you, I'm sure you'll find the time for all of it.

Oh, I so know what you mean about wanting to do one thing only when it seems you have a million other things to do first! Good luck with everything! I'm sure you're creative juices will continue to flow - you always seem to be creating something fun!

Hopefully this link will work. Otherwise, pop over to http://beezekneesfashions.blogspot.com -- my post from 4/14. I think you'll recognize my inspired moment.

Oh I know just what you mean!! I recently had a LOT of work to finish up, but thankfully had a great reward waiting for me, which helped me to get through the work part fairly easily.
You can see the results (and a tutorial) of some pretty cute bloomers on my blog :)

I love that fabric you have sitting on the table! Looks to be something fun! You are always so creative - if only I was half as creative as you!

I totally know what you mean. It's spring, I am so wanting to do some projects but I went back to school. i don't even have time to breathe. Right now I am supposed to be doing an essay but I am playing hookie looking at blogs. hahah I need a break. I love your fabric!

I understand perfectly! I have no deadlines right now, but as soon as I do, I'll think of five other personal projects I want to do, too...

Well, if there was ever something to get you going again and stoke those creative energies, a custom order should be it! Flattering and truly awesome.

Oh, here's the fabric from the other post dress, lol...
Lovely, but really looks so much better after you played with it a bit and made the dress, lol...
