dreamy
I could resist no longer - I had to find out what all the fuss was about. Malabrigo, yes, this is some dreamy yarn. No plans, just stash building, I suppose. Maybe this will turn into some Christmas gifts. Maybe. If I can part with this yummy yarn, that is...
Here's my progress on the simple knitted bodice. So far, so good, though I keep losing/gaining stitches on the lace portion. It's not bad, I don't even think it's noticeable, not yet anyway (fingers crossed). I started working on that portion while watching the speeches last night, so I was a little distracted. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't rip those stitches out. Memorable imperfections, indeed :)

Me too! I'm not as strong as you. I had to wind it and knit it Right Now. I made a delectable hat and I'm off to make more.

wow...that is some gorgeous yarn! I'm not a knitter...yet! I don't need another craft supply to have a stash of!

That is no Wal-Mart yarn there, girl. I've had my eyes on it, too. It is obviously well-liked by people on Ravelry if you read the comments. Can't wait to see what you make with it.

yummy yarn, and as for knitting, my thoughts are it is not what you knit but what you knit into it...sometimes I look at my hicups in my knits and smile as I remeber when I made them, a weekend away, on the beach with the babes, in a nice cafe with a good pot of tea...yes they make me smile...so thats a good thing right! (Have I convinced myself do you think)?

I can't wait to see what you knit with those yarns. I've heard some many good things about it and it is just gorgeous! I'm trying to resist the urge to buy anymore yarn and my lys is having a 15% sale this week too!

It's looking good so far. That yarn does look yummy, and I too have a hard time parting with yarn for a project that I will eventually give away.
