I'll admit it, I'm terrible at meme's. I apologize if you've tagged me or given me an award and I never responded because really, I suck at them. I'm very grateful that you think of me, but I'm not the best at playing along. Last week both Blayne and Elliebelle tagged me for the 6 random things meme. It's been a while since I've done anything like this, so I decided to play along.
- When grocery shopping, I organize by items on the checkout belt to make bagging easier for the cashier, or so I like to think. I also try to put the heavier (non-smushable) things on there first, so that I can put those at the bottom of the grocery cart. A bit nutty? Perhaps.
- I curse too much (when I'm alone or around adults - I keep it G rated around the kidlets).
- I used to have the ability to fit my fist in my mouth. I don't think I can this anymore, and I have no desire to find out. The thought of it kind of grosses me out.
- Every closet in my house is very messy. I'd like to think that one day I'll organize them, but I know that isn't going to happen.
- I HATE to put away laundry. I don't mind sorting, washing, folding, and stacking it in neatly folded piles, but putting it away in those messy closets is something I can't stand to do.
- I pinch my kids tushies all the time. At least a few time a day. I can't help it!

The photo above, that's our latest fall decoration/craft project. I bought a bunch of wooden acorns and let the kids go to town. They painted them with watercolor paints, which I know will wash off if they get wet, but so what? I don't think that really matters. The key is that it was easy to clean up after this project and all the paint washed out. There are still some unfinished ones that I'd like to play with - with my own non kid friendly paints. Fun stuff!
Oh, I decided to leave the pattern drawing open for a couple of more days, probably until Wednesday, okay? Now I'm off to tackle the laundry - washing and folding, that is.
