I am sooo tempted to cast on a new knitting project. I've had the itch for a while, but I decided to finish a few of what I've already started before I move on. And then this shows up in my inbox. Oh my. I love Lilly and I love tunics. It is taking all my strength to not cast on. Did you notice the price tag? If I want my own tunic sweater, I will be knitting it myself. I even have some yarn in my stash, but I won't go there.
Right now 3 of my unfinished sweaters need sleeves (that 4th one in the bowl is sleeveless, so I'm okay there). Only sleeves. Really, only 5 sleeves need to be knit because I knit one Saturday night while watching a movie. I don't know what my problem is - sleeves aren't hard or anything, I just don't like to knit them. I think the problem may be that by the time I get to the sleeves, I'm kind of sick of working on the sweater. Yeah, I think that's it. Maybe now that I have that tunic on my mind, the sleeves will come a little easier, or maybe not. Those unfinished sweaters may just sit there like my clean laundry...
Have you seen Lisa's new series, Morning Coffee? I've followed Lisa's blog for a while, so I was thrilled when she asked to have morning coffee with yours truly. If you're not sick of me yet, pop on over and check it out. Thanks, Lisa :)
