Ugh, I hate that I haven't posted in 4 days, but the truth is that not much has been going on. Things around casa artsy-crafty have been pretty boring (no complaints!). The most exciting thing to happen has been my studio clean up, but I've already told you about that.
Truthfully, I'm still in 'studio spruce up' mode. I'm sure you don't remember, but I came up with a plan for this room about 2 years ago. I am determined to get this thing done! I promise, I'm going to show you the rest of the room soon, but there are some pillows and a slip cover involved...and maybe some zebra print thrown in there for good measure :)
On a different topic, you more experienced moms probably already know this, but am I crazy in thinking that as the kids get older the busier YOU get? Geesh! How is it that I got more done when my kids were toddlers? Now that they know how to feed themselves and wipe their own butts, I seem to have more to do than ever. School projects, soccer practice, basketball games, dance class - filled up to the brim. Crazy.
Can you believe that I haven't been working on anything? All of the above has me craving NOTHING. I don't even have a knitting project in my purse (of course, at this point my current sweater is too big to fit in my purse). Truthfully, I'm so ready for spring I can taste it. Knitting woolens is the last thing on my mind. You?
