It truly is a lovely book. This isn’t just a book of projects to do with your kids, though the projects are fantastic. Hand in Hand features bloggers I’ve admired for a long time as well as some that were new to me (you know I live under a rock!). Reading their thoughts on creativity and crafting with kids is what I loved most. So inspiring! It reminded me why I got into blogging in the first place.
Here are a few pages from my section. We made felt DS/Leapster/small electronics pouch. At the time, my kids had each received new electronics for Christmas, so it was a perfect craft project for them. They had a blast making these little pouches. After our photo shoot, Lily made a few more of these to use as coin purses and whatnot.
Lucky for you, I have a copy to give away! Simply leave a comment and I’ll do a random drawing. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate jumping through hoops to win giveaways? Gah! Just a simple comment will do :) Be sure to include your email address so that I can get in touch.
Comments will be open through Sunday April 22. I’ll announce a winner next Monday. Good luck!
